Shipping policy

We have updated our pricing on cages - all cages qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

All products are shipped from our Oregon Manufacturing Facility. We carry only a small inventory and our handcrafted products are made to order. Please allow up to 45 business days for our detailed handcrafting process. Orders will be shipped UPS or USPS. Minimum shipping charge is $10.  Tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments. Orders placed after 5 pm PST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day. In the rare instant that shipment is delayed we will notify you via email.
