Ease of Cleaning: Here at Ultra Lite we have all of our hardware (screws, etc.) on the OUTSIDE of the cage, so your critters don't get everything dirty, the screws won't fill up with "stuff". Our floors are all 1 solid piece with no pine clips holding them to a frame for urine etc. to seep into when things get messy. The floors go all the way to the edge for easy cleaning!

Powder Coated vs PVC Coated wire: Ultra Lite uses powder coated wire that is a very hard, smooth surface that won't pull your animals coat, and can be pressure washed, bleached, etc. PVC Coated wire can get sticky, be chewed off, melt in the sun, etc. Its made for lobsters, not pets.
