This unit can easily be 1, 2 or 3 units by adding the recessed litter pans in the top 2 levels. Just remove the litter pan for access to all 3 levels, or drop it in to keep them separate! You can also get the litter pan hole covers.
This unit can also have the Kittening Pan added in the top 2 levels (like the Model 520), or even add the side doors and vertical dividers (like the Model 520K)
